new year.

this is gonna be long. (:

saturday was work at parents' stall then movie with sean. botak. haha.
i bursted some sprite on myself that i was half wet by the time we exited the cinema.
boooooooo. headed to grandma's place thereafter.
had a nice dinner. accompanied cousin to get new year clothes.
and i got myself a dress. this is quite surprisingly. its the first time i really wanted to get a dress.
well, girls are afterall girls. (:

sunday was new year's eve. hmmm. had reunion breakfast with jh,jas,jessica and teng teng.
haha. what a reunion. but nevertheless, we had fun! dimsum at yumcha, shopping on the streets. then k-ing at $10club. haha. jessica left before k-ing, teng &jh left early, so me and jas sang on..
had to go to get heels. mum said i should get myself one for the dress. haha. so we went to find one that suits me. but in the end, we didnt get anything cause couldnt find one that i love and plus the OG was closing alrdy, oops, it was closed alrdy. so headed back to grandma's place. had nice dinner and mahjong with cousins. then lub-bee. dont know how to spell that. but just had funn mahjonging. won a lil. then nearing midnight, we decided to do something really erm. fun!
we decided to head down to the streets of chinatown and join in the crowd for countdown! haha. and we were there just on time. right in front of the firecrackers and below the fireworks. ultimate spot! the 10 of us, young and old, big and small, crazy and mad. (: bro joined us aft the countdown. yeap. so its a total of 11 of us, COUSINS. we squeezed thru the crowds to get what grandma asked us to. haha. was a hell load of fun and laughter thruout the whole time. we finally settled at the dim sum place and had our supper in a superb messy way. but still, was great! nice eve!

new year!!! woke up early for great grandma's place. but went to godma's mother's place. its a bungalow. okay. both are bungalows actually, near to each other. was nice meetin all the people i only get to meet once in a year normally. there are those kinda rich people, living good life in big houses.
they ask us to work hard so we can build a house like this for my parents to live in. and i thot. haha. yes i'd definitely work hard so that my parents will live in nice houses in future, but, whats the use of having such a big house when its normally empty. i dont want my parents to live in such place. that will be so pathetic. haha. i guess i'd rather be building a small house with many many people staying together for them, my parents are used to living with noise, like me and my siblings.
then to grandma's place, as usual, the visitings. as in others will come by to visit my grandma, so means visit us tooooooo. haha! the lion dances. and mahjonging and steamboat dinner. nothing special.

woke up really late today. like at 2pm? hmm. and thats making my day real bad. dont feel goood. just dont feel comfortable. spent the rest of the day at grandma's place. rotting around. then went to father's friend's place. a condo at serangoon. again, was reminded to work hard so i can afford something good for my parents to stay in. (: but again, i would prefer to stay in chinatown. best place. good traffic. good food. super convenient. and yea, i went to watch love matters alone.
the show was alright. not really superb thou. then am back in hostel.
