okay, i need to get start on my notes for tmr's exam. but before i do.
i want to blog/write about something i just thought of just now.

if you wanna lead, you gotta learn how to follow FIRST.
a good leader has to be a great follower.

do this simple excercise.
draw a simple circle.
done? easy isnt it?
now, follow the circle you've draw, trace it.
its more difficult now, isnt it?

many people can lead, but not many can follow.
frankly speaking, i cant follow that well, but im learning too.
yeap. i wanna be a good player, a good follower.
how about you?

things happen for a reason. but often, you are blinded by your own reasons/assumptions, to think about the real situation because things didnt go your way. look at the big picture. why are you there at where you are? no childish answers. think and reflect. self improvement. im not saying im good, im learning too. just wanted to share.
